I saw this article posted in the International Herald Tribune about a new site that is a collection of videos, ala YouTube, that is trying to generate intellectual ideas - the site is called, Big Think. Must admit I thought the news article was going to take me to a dry male dominant website so was plesantly suprised when I saw actress, Anna Deavere Smith, in a primary video spot, and then Gillian Caldwell, Exec. Director, Witness; Human Rights Advocate. Is this an immediate ploy to make it feel that it is balanced in gender perspectives, can it somehow track me to see a female on the site.
